General overview and background information:
CJ van Staden Sr.:
CJ van Staden Sr. obtained his Matric Certificate in 1971. After finishing his 1 year military training, he completed his N3 Technical Certificate through Germiston Technical College.
His work experience started with a 4 year apprenticeship through Eskom. After his apprenticeship he was permanently employed by Eskom for another 5 years as a Senior Electrician.
He also obtained his Wiremans License in 1981 at Olifantsfontein.
Before starting his own business in 1992, he was employed by
Condor Electrical, a private electrical construction company, as a foreman;
City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality (previously Municipality of Pretoria) as a foreman;
Eskom (Phalaborwa) as an Electrical Inspector.
In 1992, CJ van Staden Sr. decided to put all the valuable electrical knowledge and experience he gained over the first 21 years of his adult life to use by becoming, not only a reliable electrical contractor but also a successful entrepreneur.
CV Enterprises was established in 1992 by the founding owner, CJ van Staden Sr. After 8 years of sole proprietorship, CJ van Staden Sr. converted CV Enterprises to CJ Electrical, with his current partner listed below:
CJ van Staden Jr. :
After school, CJ van Staden Jr. decided to follow in his fathers footsteps by joining the business, and at first only assisting in basic electrical installation work.
With his father as an experienced mentor and his own drive and ambition, CJ van Staden Jr. quickly became an excellent and skilled electrician.
Not only does he, currently play a core role in the execution of all electrical projects, but he also forms an integral part of the day-to-day management of the business in whole.
While gaining valuable experience by working full time on electrical construction projects he finished his N2 Technical Certificate through the Electrical Contracting Board of South Africa and is currently busy completing his Wiremans License.

12 Permanent and 4 temporary personnel are currently employed by CJ Electrical.
